What do I need for a sound bath?

Some Things to Consider Before Your Sound Bath:

  • Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience. 

  • Eat light and healthy food.

  • Set your intentions and be positive. 

  • Wear warm, comfortable and flexible clothing.

  • Try to arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your sound bating ceremony. Settle yourself in the space with a calm mind. 

Here are some recommendations for what you should prepare:

  • Ensure you have access to Zoom on either a phone or laptop. It's also recommended that you turn on the "Do Not Disturb" mode to avoid any interruptions.

  • Dress in comfortable clothes

  • Find a quiet and comfortable space to relax and enjoy the soundbath. Many people prefer to do this on a bed, couch, cozy chair, yoga mat, or even in a bath!

  • Consider using headphones to enhance your experience.

  • Bring something to gently cover your eyes, like an eye mask or pillow.

  • A notebook and pen to write down any intentions or reflections.

  • Bring along any sacred objects or favorite crystals you have.

  • Come into the session with an open mind and an open heart!
